All in-stock orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days or sooner. On occasion we may be custom-making an item to fill your order, which will lengthen our delivery time. We will notify you in the event of any delays.

Orders are normally received within 5 days after being shipped east of the Mississippi, and 5-10 days west of the Mississippi.

We make every effort to see that your order is received as quickly and safely as possible, and at the lowest possible price. In the rare event that your shipment is damaged, full guidance materials are included with each shipment that will instruct you on how to proceed.

• If you require Rush Delivery call us at 603-648-9566 or e mail us for adjusted shipping charges.
• For International, Alaska and Hawaii shipping quotes contact us as above.
• Delivery charges are based on the total value of merchandise shipped to a single address.
• In the case of an order being shipped to multiple addresses each address is charged as a separate single address.
• When it is necessary for us to split the shipment of an order due to inventory management, no extra shipping charge will accrue to the purchaser.
