Exchanges and returns

Return your merchandise to our workshop and studio at 716 Kearsarge Avenue, Contoocook, NH 03229 via UPS or FedEX to PO Box 716, Contoocook, NH 03229 if USPS.  

Best if returns or exchanges of unused items are made within 30 days of sale.  Helpful to have your order number or copy of an invoice. Please, no returns of personalized items.  A 15% restocking fee covers the cost of outbound shipping for items you return not due to a defect or fault.

For refunds, we will issue your refund via the original method of payment.  If returning a gift, we will issue store credit (in the form of a gift card) or issue a refund to the original purchaser. Your choice.

Warranty

We are proud to stand behind the quality of our workmanship for items purchased directly from us.  If you have a warranty claim for used items due to defects or damages caused by our workmanship, please send a photo to paul@newhampshirebowlandboard.com or text to 603-648-9566 so we can work with you to resolve the issue. 

Wood Care

Wood is....well, wood so please take appropriate care of your woodenware which is not dishwasher safe, not blender safe and not drop proof.

We recommend that you obtain a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Thank you!
