Our small team takes care in wrapping and shipping but occasionally an item is damaged or broken during transit. Please email a photo showing the damage to paul@newhampshirebowlandboard.com and let him know if you would like to exchange the item or request a refund. Then please return the item, along with your invoice or order number, to 1213 Battle Street, Webster, NH 03303-7312.
Wood is NOT dishwasher safe. No standing water, no dishwasher, and please treat frequently and liberally with mineral oil and a good quality wood preserver like our Iddo Kimball Wood Rub.
We are proud to stand behind the quality of our workmanship for items purchased directly from us. If you purchased a New Hampshire Bowl and Board branded item from another retailer, please return it to them.
Wood is…well wood, however, so please take appropriate care of your woodenware. Not dishwasher safe. Not blender safe or drop proof. Our warranty extends to defects not caused by accidents or normal wear and tear.
