All-Purpose Kitchen Knife

Our all-purpose kitchen knife is a Santoku, similar to the chef's knife. The blade of the Santoku is slightly curved like a chef's knife, for easy chopping. It also performs well at slicing, dicing, and mincing.  You will love the comfortable hand feel of this knife as you use it for multiple cutting and chopping tasks.
