About Our Store (Webster, NH)Webster is a town in Merrimack County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 1,579 at the 2000 census. A part of Boscawen until 1860, the town takes its name from American statesman Daniel Webster.
Our workshop studio and store is on the highest point in Webster 870 feet (270 m) above sea level, on an unnamed summit in the center of town that overlooks the eastern shore of Lake Winnepocket with views of Mount Kearsarge out the back door. Our parking lot is busy from June through fall foliage with neighbors and folks from further away taking a moment and pictures of the view. The Lake Winnipesauke region of New Hampshire is just a few country miles from our front door. One of just a few of New Hampshire’s last remaining authentic outlet store in an historic Country store building with a 90 year history. We guarantee you will explore the nooks and crannies in the tradition of other famous wood bowl turning sites. You may remember or visited one of these, the Weston Bowl Mill in Vermont the Granville Bowl Mill or the old Woodbury Bowl Mill. Unfortunately while Hardwood thrives in New Hampshire and New England Hardwood is being cut and shipped to China the bowl producers have been put out of business. Visit our studio and workshop - our Lemons room always has closeouts, sales samples cancelled orders and seconds at pricing and quality big box stores envy. The floors displays are always changing through, so if you've already visited the studio, don't be afraid to make a second trip to Webster. For discerning shoppers searching for unique elements to accent their home, the Studio is a must visit. There's always something New for everyone! Store HistoryLocal Activities & Destinations |
