Returns for exchange or refund
Best for us if returns of unused items are made within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly make an exchange or issue a refund, no questions asked. Please mail your package with invoice or order number to 1213 Battle Street, Webster, NH 03303-7312.
Note: For refunds, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment. If returning a gift, we will issue a gift card or issue a refund to the original purchaser.

 

We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit so do consider obtaining a tracking number.

Damaged items
We take care in wrapping and shipping but occasionally an item is damaged or broken during transit. Please email a photo showing the damage directly to paul@newhampshirebowlandboard.com and let him know if you would like to exchange the item or request a refund.   Then please you return the item, along with your invoice or order number, to 1213 Battle Street, Webster, NH 03303-7312.
Wood is NOT dishwasher safe. No standing water, no dishwasher, and treat frequently and liberally with mineral oil and a good quality wood preserver. If dropped, wood may indeed split down or across the grain. If left in water or with wet ingredients, splitting becomes more likely. Dishwashing will shorten the life of your spoons and salad servers. Wood items with seams like butcher block boards and bowls require more attention than solid bowls and boards.
Consider obtaining a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

 

Warranty
We are proud to stand behind the quality of our workmanship for all woodenware items purchased directly from us. If you purchased a New Hampshire Bowl and Board branded item from another retailer, please return it to them.

Wood is…well wood, however, so please take appropriate care of your woodenware. Not dishwasher safe. Not blender safe or drop proof. Our warranty extends to defects not caused by accidents or normal wear and tear.

If you have a warranty claim on a used item, please return your item, along with an order number or invoice.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It usually takes 4 business days before your refund is officially posted. And please email us at  paul@newhampshirebowlandboard.com.  Or call Paul at 603-648-0566.
